MRM rotary displacement meter


The rotary gas meter from METREG is a positive displacement meter suitable for determining operating volume for gaseous media such as natural gas. The essential parts of the meter are manufactured on the best available multi-axis machines either from high strength, hard anodized aluminum alloys (housing, covers, pistons, etc.), or from corrosion resistant stainless steels alloys (shafts, bearings, magnetic coupling, etc.). The mechanical design of the meter is dimensioned in so strong that the meters is able to more than fulfill all normative requirements and more. The MRM is approved under MID EN 12480 and OIML R137 1&2 (2012) for custody transfer with a maximum operating pressure of 16 bar and a volume flow rate of 0.5 m3/h up to 1600 m3/h depending on the available meter sizes.

MTM turbine gas meter


The MTM volume flow meter is a turbine gas meter for the custody transfer of natural gas under MID EN 12261 (2007) and OIML R137 1&2 (2012). The essential parts of the meter defining the metrological performance of the meter are manufactured on the best available multi-axis machines either from high strength, hard anodized aluminum alloys (turbine wheel, gear box, outlet diffusors, etc.), precision injected reinforced engineered plastic materials or from corrosion resistant stainless steels alloys (shafts, bearings, magnetic coupling, etc.). The mechanical design of the meter is dimensioned in so strong that the meters is able to more than fulfill all normative requirements and more. The measuring cartridge of the MTM turbine meter is exchangeable for different pressure housing designs. It can be calibrated in each diameter size to the different G-ratings. Operating pressures up to 100 bar and a volume flow rates of 5 m3/h up to 6500 m3/h depending on the different meter sizes at operating conditions are possible.

MQM quantometer


The MQM quantometer is based on the principle of a turbine flow meter. The MQM is designed for flow and volume measurement for non-corrosive and non-aggressive gases like natural gas, nitrogen, air (and other gases on request) in non-custody transfer and process applications. The MQM is available in sizes from DN 25 (1´´) to DN 150 (6´´) with a volume flow rate up to 1600 m3/h depending on meter size. The meter housing is precision manufactured of high strength aluminum and is designed as a sandwich construction (installed between two flanges). All turbine wheels of the MQM Quantometers are machined out of high strength aluminum and hard anodized for a long lifetime and stable metering performance.

MQMe quantometer


The MQMe quantometer is based on the principle of a turbine flow meter with an integrated electronic index head. The MQM is designed for flow and volume measurement for natural gas, nitrogen, air (and other gases on request) in non-custody transfer and process applications. The MQM is available in sizes from DN 25 (1´´) to DN 150 (6´´) with a volume flow rate up to 1600 m3/h depending on meter size. The meter housing is made of high strength aluminum. Itis designed as a sandwich construction (installed between two flanges). A volume correction function (AGA NX-19) can be optionally integrated in the electronic index head. Several communication options are available for data transmission: RS 485, M-Bus, Modbus, HF and LF signal as well as a 4 to 20 mA output. On a standard basis the MQMe meter is battery powered with a calculated battery life time of 5 years under standard conditions.
